It's a very quiet and private place near parks, places to eat, and directly on the bus route.
I stayed here in 2015 when I was working at Fresh From Texas. I never had no issues with bed bugs at all and my room was pretty clean. The Asian owner is a nice guy and pretty straight forward with you. And if you wanna live there on a permanent basis he allows that as well. The only real issue I had was he charged you extra if you wanted someone to stay overnight with you. I thought that was silly for only staying overnight. Other than that I loved living there and San Antonio is a beautiful city to live in. I would live there again if I could.
